Amanda Garcia received her Accredited Wealth Management Advisor (AWMA™) designation from the College of Financial Planning, is obtaining her B.S. Finance Degree from Western Governor’s University and has earned certificates of Accounting and Tax Preparation. Before joining Wintrust Life Finance, she worked initially as a premium finance analyst before becoming VP, Relationship Manager of Insurance Premium Finance. During her 17 years of experience in the financial services industry, she has held roles in wealth management and commercial and consumer lending. Known for her strong communication skills and commitment to excellence, Amanda is passionate about delivering exceptional service to her clients.
Amanda lives in Scappoose, OR with her husband, two children, and two Australian Shepherds. When she’s not working, she likes to travel and enjoy outdoor activities like hiking, paddleboarding, and snowboarding. She also enjoys volunteering as a court-appointed special advocate for foster children, teaching children and adults about personal finance through Financial Beginnings of Oregon, and mentoring high school and college students through UStrive.
