Our Premier Loan is a competitively priced, floating-rate loan based on a spread above the 1 year U.S. Treasury yield curve rates. The rate is set annually. If there is any movement of the underlying index after the rate has been set, there will be no interim fluctuation on a borrower’s interest rate. Loan terms are available up to five years and are renewable at maturity, subject to financial underwriting approval.
